words of wisdom

Oh yeah today was indeed an interesting friday the 13th and the first time I experienced alot of unexpected events on such a co called bad day…here the story goes…

as usual woke up early dressed up and got to the bus stand while i was waiting for the bus to got to STC i was thinking wow i am always on time for University and I havent missed any lectures due to late waking up or any traffic on the road…i think the spell started form their and by the time i went to the Scaborough Town Center RT station there was a sea of crowd waiting for the RT…. It was simply packed….the first time i saw people so packed up waiting for a Train after i left Sri Lanka…I just tried to get my way through and waited and waited there was no sign of the RT from both the bounds…. Then there was an annoucement that due to some computer problems there are some problems with the RT….damn….I waited and the crowd just got increasing…and there were people even standing on the escalator….then one RT came form the opposite side and it too waited for a long time….some people just were a bit smart and got off to the other side and got into that RT so there dont need to get through the crowd when the RT came this side… I thought a bit then after that RT left it was no point I went to the other side and I easily got into the RT and when it came back to STC station it was chaos….

then slowly with alot of people fighting to get some space and mumbling that they were late to work it finally arrived at Kennedy station and the driver annouced”FINNALY WE MADE IT! HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13TH!” I couldnt beleive… then only i knew that today was friday the 13th and every body started to laugh…it was about 8.35am so i thought if i can catch the subway thats down there i would simply get to university at least at 9.10 max…so i rushed to the subway with a sigh of relief and before even entering Warden Station the driver announced that due to some signal problems the subway will move slower than usual…. that was the end of it…it just went like a never ending journey stopping and slowing and just packing up people in the compartments…and atlast it reached St.George station and it was like 9.25pm and by the time i reached UNiversity it was 9.35 ish…i and my friends decided thatthere was no point going to the lecture by this point and just skipped….Phew!!!!!!!////what a day

then there were other unexpected stuff too… I got a letter from my friend who was in srilanka after about 2 years! yeah 2 years…we had good contact before that but then after he shifting to different places and me concentarting more on school and university work we just lost contact….so when i came home here was this unexpected letter and guess who it was form one of my Best Friends in srilanka…I couldnt beleive it! it was reallign heart warming to read his letter and to realise there are still people who care about each other….

on another note i dont want to be racist but i simply cannot ignore this either black men and women seriously suck! they dotn have any kinda manners but they try to teach us what manners are…on the morning while i was in that packed crowd unable to move abotu by my self here came this black lady out of no where who was trying to get back to the bus stop form the RT station and my bag was there too she was so rude and told me that hey man your bag in on my way! what the fuck! i am enjoying a free space there…i am sturggling to even stand and she wants her space to move about… then again in busses even if u say excuse me to get about they think that we have gone nuts and look at us like we are crazy and give a terrible stare… oh boy the most rudest peopel on earth are the black people….seriosuly please u guys learn these good manners without teaching us first.. AGAIN IAM NOT RACIST!

anyways I am really tired after a long day want to watch some good programmes on tv and have a good sleep onto Saturday!
